To Contractor Don,
I visited a fireplace store on my lunch break today. I was informed in no uncertain terms what an ignorant, clueless female I am and how dare I waste the salesman’s time asking inane questions.
We could use some direction as I’m not really sure what I’m looking at in the brochures, however, I am, according to this not so kind gent, apparently dumb.

I know brochures are quite difficult to get a complete idea, and I have asked my sales guy to come by.

I hate it when I get treated like that! Like the last time I went into an auto parts store to buy wiper blades!! It can’t be that difficult.
I hate it when that happens. It’s a mans world still in some domains – fireplace stores, auto-parts stores and my personal favorite – wait for it – hardware stores :-). Sheesh – it can’t be that difficult.
I agree, we’re there for some assistance and to BUY something! On a side, note, I just saw your photo. I ride a Harley too!
